- I am 22 years old, arab, female, gay, was born and have lived all my life in the Middle East, and have suffered from disordered eating for as long as I can remember. It was binging and overeating for the most part of my life, a bout of severe restrictive eating for a period, then binge eating again, and now, finally, more restrictive eating.
